How do I reach a La Bella Luna representative?

We can be reached during the hours of 10am to 6pm Tuesday through Saturday. Appointments must be made for any access to property. Our phone number is 817.964.4073.

What is your vendor policy?

We require all alcoholic beverages to be served by our exclusive bartending service, Perfect Pour. Bartenders run $40 per hour per bartender, $25 for barbacks. 

We do have a Preferred Caterer list which is also available on this website. You are welcome to hire a caterer outside our preferred list provided they are a professional caterer and are licensed and insured.

All other vendors are allowed that are licensed and insured and willing to sign La Bella Luna’s vendor agreement.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Yes, you can. All alcohol must be brought in at the same time and stored. Client must hire and have an agreement with the TABC certified company, Perfect Pour to be able to have alcohol served at La Bella Luna. Perfect Pour can be reached at 713.806.0585.

Security must also be present 30 minutes prior and after alcohol is served.

What is your caterer policy?

Do you allow pets?

Pets are allowed during ceremony only and must be kept outdoors. 

Do you require a wedding coordinator?

We do not require a professional wedding coordinator however highly recommended you have one. La Bella Luna is not responsible for coordinator duties.

Can I add hours to my rental?

You can add hours to the arrival time for $400 an hour. We do not allow additional hours after midnight.
